Contractor Stays Nationwide
We host contractors, engineers and project teams across the region throughout the year. Many of our guests are working at the NEC, at Jaguar Land Rover, at Birmingham Airport or on HS2 projects, and others are here for exhibitions and installations.
Our larger properties are particularly well suited to teams. A bedroom each, a fully equipped kitchen so the team is not eating out every night, laundry facilities, and free parking with room for several vehicles.

Our larger homes offer six, seven and even ten bedrooms, so everyone stays together at one address rather than spread across several hotels.
Our properties in Sheldon, Chelmsley Wood and Merstone Close sit minutes from the NEC, Birmingham Airport and Jaguar Land Rover, with further homes in Stechford and Walsall for the M6 and Black Country.
