These terms and conditions govern the use of the short-term rental property by the Guest. By booking the property, the Guest agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set forth below.
Booking and Payment
1.1. The Guest can make a booking by paying the specified deposit amount.
1.2. The remaining balance is payable before the check-in date.
1.3. Failure to pay the balance before the check-in date may result in the cancellation of the booking.
1.4. All payments are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.
Check-In and Check-Out
2.1. Check-in time is from 3 pm on the day of arrival, and check-out time is by 11 am on the day of departure.
2.2. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, subject to availability and additional charges.
2.3. The Guest must inform the Host of their expected arrival time in advance.
2.4. The Host reserves the right to charge an additional fee for check-ins after 8 pm.
Property Use
3.1. The property is for the exclusive use of the Guest and their group.
3.2. The Guest agrees to use the property in a responsible and respectful manner.
3.3. The Guest is responsible for the behavior of their group.
3.4. The Guest agrees not to use the property for any commercial purposes, including events or parties, without the prior written consent of the Host.
Security Deposit
4.1. The Host may require a security deposit to cover any damages or losses to the property or its contents during the Guest's stay.
4.2. The security deposit must be paid before the check-in date and will be refunded after the check-out date, subject to inspection of the property.
4.3. The Host reserves the right to deduct from the security deposit any costs incurred as a result of the Guest's breach of these terms and conditions.
Cancellation
5.1. The Guest may cancel the booking at any time, but all payments are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.
5.2. The Host reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time, in which case a full refund will be provided.
Liability
6.1. The Guest acknowledges that they use the property at their own risk.
6.2. The Host will not be liable for any damage or loss to the Guest's personal property during their stay.
6.3. The Guest agrees to indemnify the Host for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of the Guest's breach of these terms and conditions.
Governing Law
7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the property is located.
7.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which the property is located.
Entire Agreement
8.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Guest and the Host and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
8.2. No amendment or modification of these terms and conditions shall be binding unless in writing and signed by both parties.
