We’re excited about your upcoming stay and can’t wait to welcome you to one of our distinctive and cozy vacation homes! Upon your arrival, you’ll receive customized check-in instructions specific to your rental. However, we’ve found it helpful to share some information in advance to help you prepare and pack for your trip. Below, you’ll find our Pre-Trip Checklist, including details about items provided in your home.

Initial Supplies Provided: Upon arrival, you’ll find a starter supply of the following essentials. While you’ll be responsible for replenishing these items during your stay, there’s no need to restock them before you leave.

• Toilet paper

• Paper towels

• Dish soap and sponge

• Trash and recycling bags

• Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

Household Items Provided by the Homeowner: Each property comes with standard household items, though specific items may vary based on the homeowner’s preferences.

• Bed linens for all beds

• Bath towels (at least one per guest)

• Hand towels (at least one per bathroom)

• Kitchen towels

• Basic pots, pans, and cooking utensils

• Dishes and flatware

• Microwave

• Toaster (if available)

• Coffee pot or Keurig

• Hair dryer

• Coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer

Suggested Items to Pack: The following items are not supplied by Short Stay Accommodation or guaranteed by homeowners. Some may be available if left behind by previous guests, but we recommend packing these essentials just in case:

• Preferred spices or condiments

• Food storage bags, foil, plastic wrap

• Personal toiletries

• Beach towels and beach chairs

• Firewood (if your rental has a wood fire pit)

• Dog bed or blanket if traveling with a pet

• Food and water bowls for your pet

• Doggy waste bags
