The property was very clean, spacious and well laid out, each bedroom was accommodating, the living room was well laid out and comfortable. Easy check in with an easy to use lockbox and host sent instructions with plenty of time which was clear and easy to use. Location is ideal for anyone visiting NEC with local shops not too far away. Property was easy to keep warm and plenty of windows to keep the property cool if it was required

Really great stay! Went as a group of 8 to visit the city, house was just as described, clean and had plenty of space in both the kitchen and living room. Location was very handy as it was out of the main city so not too noisy but only 15 minutes by car to get into the centre. Would recommend an uber as they were always really quick. Many thanks, fantastic stay!
